    Overnight Infant Care:

    • Newborn feedings, diaper changes, and nighttime soothing are all lovingly given while you sleep

    • Overnight lactation support is provided without you needing to leave your bed. After feeding, the diaper changes, burping, and soothing happen while you drift off to sleep.

    • Expressed milk will be labeled and refrigerated. Any baby bottles or pump parts will be clean when you awaken.

    Sleep Hygiene:

    The end of the day can be tiring and overstimulating for all involved, especially with young siblings in the home

    • Afternoon and evening postpartum doula support is available for transitions from dinner to bedtime for the whole family

    • Assistance with adjusting the bedtime and nap routine to find what works for your family

  • Receive compassionate, individualized assessment and support prenatally, after birth, and throughout your unique feeding journey from a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC).

    Evidence-based information and support around your goals for initiating feeding, a “good latch,” positioning, supply, returning to work, and eventual weaning.

    Referrals to an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) when needed.

Postpartum Hourly Rates

Daytime $40/hour

  • Between 8 am - 8 pm

  • 4-hour shift minimum

Evening & Overnight $45/hour

  • Between 8 pm - 8 am

  • 6-hour overnight minimum
